Best Android Apps to Make Your Life Hassle-Free

Do you over-scheduled your day? Or spend too much time drafting the perfect email and forget the rest of the work? Or can’t figure out why your bank account drains so quickly?

Well, it happens when you have too much on your plate. Managing everything in our fast-paced lives is difficult, and I believe it’s normal when things get out of our control. And, while we should never overlook our  responsibilities, what if I introduce a few Android apps to share them with?

I’ve been using these apps for quite some time now, and they’re fun to use. But importantly, these Android apps can significantly help in organizing your lives better.

On a side note, do ensure to have reliable internet connectivity, as you may not be able to access their full features without it. Personally, I’ve been seamlessly using these apps on Spectrum Internet. It offers fast internet speeds for a reasonable price.  And, if you’re looking for a reliable and affordable connection, do contact Spectrum Customer Service to explore their plans.

Anyway, let’s explore these Android apps:

Calendar Apps:

Several calendar apps are available, but Google Calendar stands out for me because it’s simple to use. Be it an event you want to be reminded of, or a birthday wish, simply add and leave the rest to the Google Calendar.

Also, based on your preference, Google Calendar offers three view options: the default week view, the month view, and the day view. Moreover, you can invite contacts on Google Calendar, add a Google Meet conference link, or even share the entire calendar, marked with important dates or reminders with others.

Besides Google Calendar, another option you have is “Calendar.” This app is more like your personal assistant as you can use it to schedule meetings, set appointments, reminders for important events.

Task Management Apps

There is no shortage of task management apps on the internet. However, only a handful of them are helpful and meet every requirement. Todoist is one of those task management apps that will cater to your needs without any hassle.

You can set different goals along with their deadlines, check your progress on task completion, and finally have that satisfactory moment of ticking a tick off the list on this app. Moreover, you can even use your voice to create a task as this Android app uses natural language processing (NLP).

What’s more interesting is that you can create different task folders and move them as you want. There’s an option to create customized labels for more clarity about different tasks, but this feature is only available on the paid version.

Having said that, Google Tasks may be the best task management app for Google users. You can integrate different Google apps like Gmail or Google Calendar with it. Once synced, this Android app can fetch data like important emails, project deadlines, or other tasks from the integrated Google apps.

Note-Taking App:

Do you also write a lot of notes on your smartphone so you don’t forget anything important?  I’m guessing you do that on your smartphone’s standard notes apps, right? Well, try Obsidian, because it’s one of the best note-taking apps I’ve ever come across.

A notable feature of Obsidian is that it allows you to create folders and subfolders within the app to sort your writings in any way you want. You can also open multiple notes in a single window on Obsidian. And, not to mention, the Kanban Board and other built-in plugins make writing a more enjoyable task.

Having said that, you can also check out Google Keep as it comes with a lot of integration options. You can convert notes into Google Docs and save them on a Google Drive with a single tap.

Fitness Apps:

Speaking from experience, you don’t need a trainer anymore to stay fit. It’s because fitness apps like Nike Training Club are here to help you stay fit. From basic exercises like yoga to advanced ones, such as squats and healthy activities that you can do with your kids, Nike Training Club offers everything.

With the help of mentors and trainers explaining and demonstrating every exercise, it becomes easier to train. Moreover, there’s a section of healthy recipes to explore for tips on a healthy and nutritional diet.

Shred is another fitness app loved by millions. The concept behind Shred is to make fitness minimalistic. Most people, when they hear about fitness, dumbbells, and machines worth hundreds of dollars creep into their minds.

However, with Shred, you can learn to stay fit, that too with equipment that may readily be available at your home. In addition, whatever your fitness objective is, Shred will come up with a personalized plan to achieve the target.

Finance Apps:

Effectively managing your finances is an art; if that is something troubling you, I’ve got some really good Android apps that can help you, for sure.

The first finance app is Money Manager, which I’ve been using for a long time now. It’s a simple, yet effective Android app that lets you track your expenses. You can record different types of expenses like groceries, entertainment, utilities, etc., on Money Manager. Plus, it also offers an insightful graph to understand where a major chunk of your money goes.

For budgeting, I prefer Stash as it comes with multiple budgeting tools. Having said that, this Android app comes with a debit card that earns you stocks whenever it is used.

To conclude, I’d say that these apps can help organize our lives like no other. From task management to fitness and finances, there’s an app for everything. So, the next time you open Google PlayStore, do download these Android apps as they may just be the thing you want to make your life hassle-free!
